By accessing or using BetaTailor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
As a merchant, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must ensure that you have all necessary rights to the designs and customer data you upload.
3. Subscription Tiers
Certain features of the platform are subject to subscription fees as outlined on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify these fees and tiers with 30 days' notice.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the garment designs and custom photography you upload. BetaTailor retains all rights to the platform software, algorithms, and branding.
